Super Aguri tarihinde üretilen 3. ve son araç olan SA07, 2007 yılında Mark Preston ve Peter McCool tarafından tasarlandı.
Yakıt ve yağ olarak Eneos’u tecih eden Japon takım, Honda’nın 700 beygirlik RA807E model motoruna sahipti.
Takuma Sato ve Anthony Davidson’ın kullandığı araç sezon içerisinde 10 kez yarış dışı kaldı. Bunlardan 3’ü kaza, 3’ü motor, 1’i gaz 1’i fren, 1’i spin ve 1 tanesi ise hidrolik problemiydi.
